Fashion Camp NYC is shaping up! It's going to bring together the world of mainstream fashion, indie fashion, and wearable technology—and it all starts with you! We've got an AWESOME date (Fashion Week! September 12th & 13th)! We've got an AWESOME venue (NYU's ITP! Home of the last barcamp)! Now its time to make it happen!

This is a very important meeting as we'll be assigning tasks and taking on responsibility for different areas, and deciding on a lot of the details. Some of the things we need to cover include:

  • PR, social media outreach, press outreach
  • sponsorships, donations, budget
  • logistics, food, nametags, t-shirts

and whatever other issues people bring to the table. If you want to get involved, now's the time!

Fashion Camp is coming up fast, and it'll take plenty of help to make it a success. Please RSVP, and we can't wait to see everyone and get rolling!

Best,
jon & bonnie

PS - if you can't make it thursday but still want to help out, let us know. If there're enough interested people who can't make the meeting, we'll try to livestream it or set up a conference call so people can participate remotely.
